41 Weeks!

We can't believe that we've made it to 41 weeks!
The appointment went well and there has been more progress.
We continue to wait it out and we have our
induction scheduled for Monday night.
Hopefully we'll get to meet
our little one this weekend!

Brother & Sister!

My loving parents and brother brought me a
Nicole classic meal = dinner from Homers:)
I needed the company & comfort food!

40 1/2 week Appointment!

The baby did really well with the non-stress test!
We go back on Friday morning if the baby doesn't come before then:)

40 week Apt!

The ultrasound looked good. Not much change otherwise.
Our next appointment is on Wednesday.

39 1/2 Weeks!

Week 39!

Progress! The baby has moved into position ("dropped").
We are excited & nervous & ready to meet our baby:)

Joe's Dad to Be Shower at Cain Brothers!

Joe's coworkers were so kind and generous today
and surprised Joe with a baby shower!

38 Weeks!

Can't believe that we have 2 weeks to g0 (give or take)!
Our 38 week ultrasound showed that we continue to have a large baby!
Everything looks good and we are in the official waiting game:)

37 Weeks = Full Term!

Today we are full term which means that although my due date
is 3 weeks away the baby would not be considered a preemie anymore.
We have our ultrasound on Wednesday so we'll know more then. Last Friday we got to see Tristan and Isolde at the Lyric! What an amazing opera, thanks to Grandma and Grandpa Dominguez for a wonderful evening. We are settling into our house and are really enjoying all of the space!

School Shower!

Thanks to everyone at Townline who celebrated Baby D today!
I feel so lucky to work with such wonderful people.
What an amazing cake, it looked just like the book!
And thanks to my mom who has attended all of the celebrations:)

35 Weeks!

Dominguez Shower!

We had a wonderful time on Saturday at our Dominguez Baby Shower!

34 Week Ultrasound Apt

It was so fun to see the our little one yesterday!
The baby was sucking its' thumb:)
The baby is healthy and still very active.
We've been asked to go back for a
38 week ultrasound, so we'll have to
wait to see what the doctor says then.

33 weeks - What a weekend!

This past Saturday I enjoyed an afternoon with my
closest girlfriends and celebrated Baby D!
From start to finish the shower was heaven! I truly feel so blessed the shower was more than I could have ever imagined:)

Also, on Sunday we moved to Wilmette!
What a great change to make at this time:)

32 Weeks - Game DInner 2009

Big belly = Big Baby?

I had my 32 week appointment yesterday and my belly is measuring larger than my number of weeks pregnant (again). So, we will have a ultrasound in 2 weeks at our 34 week appointment to see just how large our baby is. Joe and I are excited to see our little (big) baby again.
